Please note, copyright infringement is against the law. If the Client supplies artwork or text to RK Design, it must be accompanied by written certification that the Client is the creator of the image or text or the Client must supply documentation of copyright ownership or transfer. RK Design will not alter, edit, or perform any work on any images or text without written permission from the image or text's creator. This includes, but is not limited to, images or text found on the Internet, through any image generator or aggregator, or taken from any publication. If the rights to an image or text have been purchased through an aggregator such as Getty Images, the Client must supply written confirmation of the right to use the copyrighted item.

While certain leeway may be granted in the case of items found to be in the Public Domain, RK Design reserves the right to demand proof of copyright ownership on any image or text supplied by the Client. If an image or text supplied by the Client is in the Public Domain, it is the responsibility of the Client to provide RK Design with proof that the image or text meets the guidelines for items in the Public Domain as established by the U.S. Copyright Office. RK Design reserves the right to refuse to perform any design work on an image or text supplied by the Client until written proof of copyright ownership is acquired or the Client certifies that the image or text is available in the Public Domain.
